Q. I am looking for an item in the shop but want it completely customized. How can I order it?
A. Fill out my contact form and we can make it happen! I will either put up a custom shop listing for you, or we can go through the custom order process.
Q. Do you offer bulk discounts for greeting cards?
A. There is a 10% discount when ordering 5 cards and a 15% discount when ordering 10 cards. If you are looking for a large bulk order, please email me with details on what you are looking for.
Q. Will I receive an email mock-up of my JWBA shop order?
A. Orders for custom doormats, serving trays, and line drawings will receive an email mock-up of the design. JWBA does not offer mock-ups for greeting cards, acrylic keepsakes, or ornaments to ensure quicker turnaround.
Q. I forgot to include personalization in the checkout box before submitting payment. What can I do?
A. Email me immediately so that I can ensure your order is fulfilled exactly as you hoped it would be!
